WHMIS with GHS (January 26th, 2011): This workshop will cover the WHMIS legislation. This session will revisit the key principals as well as outline the changes to WHMIS based on the Global Health System (GHS).

Health & Safety Committees (February 22nd , 2011): This workshop will cover the minimum safety and health requirements of the Construction Sector for health and safety committees, health and safety representatives, inspections, reporting and training requirements.

WSIB Accident Reporting/Confined Space/Lockout/ Legislated Training (March 22nd , 2011): This Workshop will introduce the new legislation that has extended mandatory workers' compensation protection to independent operators and others in construction not previously covered. In addition to legislative changes to WSIB, we will cover legislative training requirements under the Ministry of Labour, Confined Space, Lockout-Tag-out, WSIB reporting requirements.

Health & Safety & Legislative Updates (April 27th, 2011): This workshop will cover the minimum safety and health requirements of the Construction Sector, overview of requirements for your Health and Safety program, and equipment training requirements. In addition we will introduce legislative updates – AODA; Bill 168; C45 etc.
